COACHES

Each age group has at least one qualified rugby coach supervising training and matches. The coaches are the key link between the club and the players.

We are committed to providing quality coaching and care for all age groups. Following guidelines laid down by the RFU with regard to long term athletic development, child protection and skill development.

 The club ensures that all coaches are:

  • Checked by the CRB.
  • Qualified to an appropriate level.
  • Familiar with the 'Coaches code of conduct'.
  • Familiar with child protection guidelines and accident and emergency procedures.

A number of our coaches are qualified first aiders.
